I really wanted to like this blender, but... it’s just too bulky for my kitchen. It takes up a lot of counter space and doesn’t really fit under my cabinets, so I’m constantly having to move it around. That got annoying quickly. For the price, I expected something a little easier to deal with day to day.

"Frozen fruit kept clogging things up"
I tried using frozen berries, but they kept jamming it up badly. Since the fruit was too hard and clumpy, the whole thing struggled instead of running smoothly.

"I expected a lot better for the price..."
I expected a lot better for the price. The jar feels kind of flimsy, the lid doesn’t sit as snug as I’d like, and the base has that cheap plastic feel to it. After only a few uses, it started making this rough sound that doesn’t exactly inspire confidence. On top of that, having to deal with repeated verification steps while trying to sort things out just made the whole experience more frustrating. Maybe I just ended up with a bad unit, but it really doesn’t feel like something that should cost this much.

"Cleanup is way more frustrating than it should be"
I bought this thinking it would make things easier, but cleaning it has been a pain. Food gets stuck under the blade area and around the lid, and I spend more time scrubbing everything out than actually using it. For a product like this, the design should be easier to clean, and the company really needs to take responsibility for that. It just doesn’t feel worth it.

"Started off great, but gave up too soon"
I was actually happy with this blender at first. For the first year, it handled smoothies just fine, looked nice on the counter, and I figured I’d made a solid choice.
Then after a couple years, the jar started leaking and the motor began sounding kind of rough. I don’t even use it every day, so i’m blaming the build quality a bit here.
For what it cost, I expected it to last longer than it did. It still works here and there, but I don’t really trust it anymore, which is annoying.

"I ordered thinking it would arrive..."
I ordered thinking it would arrive in a normal timeframe, but it just sat there for days and ended up showing up really late. Even getting a response from support took longer than expected. Frustrating experience overall, not gonna lie.

I tried making almond butter with it twice, and both times it stayed gritty and the machine overheated really fast. I wanted it to work, but it just didn’t handle the almonds well for me...

"Doesn't really crush ice like I hoped"
I bought this mainly for making icy drinks, but the ice just stays chunky no matter how long I run it. I expected it to crush much better than it does. I also reached out to support and got what felt like a copy-paste response that didn’t really address the issue, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Not very happy with it.

"Blender works, but the handling was awful"
The blender seems to be working fine so far, but wow, the delivery was careless. The box showed up dented, scuffed, and almost half open, like it had just been tossed around without any concern. For something this expensive, I expected it to be handled a lot better. Glad the blender wasn’t damaged, but the packaging condition definitely didn’t inspire confidence

"Site was honestly frustrating to use"
I kept getting turned around on the pages, and checkout felt way more clunky than it should. When you’re just trying to find some basic info and move on, it’s annoying. Whoever runs this really needs to clean up the site and make it easier to use.

I might be nitpicking, but the website feels a little cluttered and somewhat outdated to me. It’s not the easiest or most pleasant to look at, and I think a cleaner layout would help a lot

I assumed it would be easy to dial in the right speed, but it tends to jump around more than I expected. I kept trying to find a steady setting, and the pattern was basically either too slow or suddenly too fast

"Repair support was more frustrating than I expected"
My blender stopped working, dealing with blendtec support was way more of a headache than I thought it would be. Maybe I missed something or didn’t explain it clearly enough at first, but they took a while to get back to me and then kept asking questions I felt like I’d already answered. It started to feel like I was just going in circles.
The whole repair or replacement process wasn’t very clear to me, and I ended up waiting way too long without a real fix. For what these blenders cost, I guess I expected the service side to be smoother. I’m disappointed, and at this point I don’t think I’d buy another one.

"Jar cracked after barely using it"
The blender works fine, but the jar cracked way sooner than I expected. I was only making smoothies and the occasional soup, nothing heavy-duty or anything, so I’m not really sure why it happened. The replacement jar is way too expensive, so now the whole thing is just sitting in the cabinet. Kind of frustrating because for the price, you’d think...

"The presets aren’t really worth it"
I’ll admit, I mainly pay attention to how well the preset buttons actually handle the things I use most, and so far they’ve been a letdown. The smoothie setting still leaves chunks, and the soup setting doesn’t quite get the texture right either. I keep finding myself stopping it and switching to manual mode, which kind of defeats the purpose of spending this much on it. Disappointed overall

I’ve ordered from a lot of sites before and usually checkout is straightforward, but this one was kind of annoying. The site froze on me twice, and the whole checkout process felt a bit messy. I did eventually get through it, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience.

"Still Waiting for Someone to Actually Respond"
I reached out to Blendtec support about an issue with my blender and got the usual automatic reply, but after that it was just silence. I followed up a few days later hoping a real person would step in, and I still didn’t get a clear answer.
it’s disappointing. This wasn’t a cheap machine, and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a basic response telling me what to do next. I’m not asking for special treatment, just decent customer service and not to be left hanging.

"Way too pricey for what you actually get"
I just don’t think it’s worth the cost. For what you get, the price feels steep, and not in a “premium but justified” kind of way. Maybe it works for some people, but I was definitely expecting more.
